iTouch dental labs has over 50 years of experience owning and running dental labs in the US.
We have brought all of that experience to India and have set up a world-class facility offering crowns, bridges, dentures, and clear aligners as a part of our dental care. Over the last 3 years, we have helped more than 200 dentists and practitioners design a better smile for their patients.
We use state-of-the-art equipment and materials, and our technicians undergo continuous training and are constantly in touch with the dentists and the patients to ensure the precise fit for their needs.

Dave Payne
Dave is a co-founder and head of all lab operations, training, and innovation. Dave founded and ran California based Payne Oral Designs for the past 25 years. Dave and his wife, Nadine, recently sold their California based lab to dedicate more time to growing Itouch and serving the Indian dental market. Dave received his degree in dental technology from orange coast college in California. Dave has also participated in and led extensive trainings focused on digital dental products, process, technology, and materials.
Darrin Bird
Darrin Bird is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Clear Touch an India based Company. Clear Touch provides cloud-based contact management software that includes an automated voice messaging, cloud based dialer and related services to customers in multiple industries. In these roles, Darrin has gained deep experience building and mentoring high performing teams across all facets of both fast growing and mature businesses. Darrin holds a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University and has also worked at other large US based corporations and consulting firms.
Craig Bird
Craig Bird has led global publicly traded companies as well as grown startups through domestic and international expansion. Craig Bird is the co-founder of several global businesses, including Clear Touch Connect and iTouch Dental Labs in India. Craig was previously the CFO of a publicly traded company in the United States, a Partner at KPMG, and a founder of retail businesses.
Nadine Payne
Nadine Payne brings 25+ years of dental lab ownership and management experience in the United States and India. Prior to selling her California, US based Lab she served as CFO and Lab Manager. As CFO, she led finance and accounting and managed relationships with Doctors, other labs, suppliers, and banks. As Lab Manager, Nadine ran the day to day operations of the lab where she drove consistent delivery of on-time, high-quality restorations through process excellence. Nadine also managed her lab’s milling department. Nadine now focuses on promoting process and technical excellence at iTouch, our Chennai India based lab.
Uthaman
Uthaman believes in the power of creation – it gives him a high to grow something from scratch and make it sustainable. Uthaman is the Executive Vice President and helps set the strategic direction and roadmap for ClearTouch, a pioneering provider of a cloud-based call center platform for enterprises, contact centers, BPOs, and financial services companies in India.
Devin Bird
Devin is a co-founder and advisor to iTouch. He is currently the CFO of The Johnson Group, a diversified family enterprise. He was previously a Partner at BanyanGlobal, a Case Team Leader at Bain and Company and a Certified Public Accountant at KPMG. Devin received his MBA with High Distinction from The University of Michigan and a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University
